^ i just dont like how it's stripe-y. its the same color in a straight line, and of course these are gonna be cheaper if they see a wider release in the next few seasons. i couldnt help but buy them though, ha ha. been wearing since sunday. 6 months to go

From what I'd read here, I thought the waist and seat area would stretch by 1 inch or so but so far I have seen minimal stretching. It's basically as tight as it was when I bought it.
Another problem is that the crotch is too high (as in, too close to my sensitive area!). If I could make them sit lower on my hips, the crotch problem would be resolved. But as I said, the waist/seat area is too tight to do that.

broken twills are stubborn to fade and to stretch from what i heard, Ive had two pairs of skinny guys(e2's and nep) and they sound just like yours when i started out. i stay maybe be a little bit more active in them at least to make the waist stretch... IF theyre just unbearable, go with some wg's or size up on the skinnyguys....but i really think you should just wear em hard...do you atleast like the fit of them(other than what you stated)?

Nice Deep Indigos, those take some dedication to get results like that.

if they made it to sit on your hips then that means the rise would be lower which wont change anything.  theyre mean to be snug, the only way for what you want to happen is to sag them, it has nothing to do with the fit

Yeah the fit is ok:

I'll wear them a little more and maybe soak them to get rid of the starch.

Does N&F make low rise denim? The rise on all their fits seems to be about 9.5-10''.

worship.gif Thanks for posting...I think I'd checked out the sale before and only saw them in a 34, but they had them back in stock in a 28 when I clicked the link just now.

I got a pair a while ago, but the top button was all loose and rattly, so I ended up returning them. Hopefully they're not going to just send me the exact same pair again. patch[1].gif

edit: Also, I have a NWT heavyweight chambray slim shirt in charcoal, size M, if anyone is interested. Haven't gotten around to making a sales thread for it.
