I laughed at green core, black weft

Lol I would like to think that it was well thought out. I like the indigo/black denim that I know momotaro and other brands have. The green core hasn't been done before and seems to go with the Frankenstein theme. I was thinking green or purple but pbj has purple faced jeans already.

The 32oz will have you walking stiff
The left and right sides would be pieced together because ITE LHT ans RHT (the alternate weave thing should probably be scrapped because its contradicting to this lol)
The flannel pocket bags will have you hot and itching resulting in monster scratch marks LOL

Will add more details as I think of them. Fuck it, NF probably won't make this, I'll make these myself biggrin.gif

soaked my wg dirty fades today.. been wearing since july. stretched out a ton and lost some weight so hoping they will fit better after a hot soak. didnt want to wash so soon. pics to come. also wearing some wg greencast and sized down from my experience with the dirty fades and theyre a bit tight for my liking even after a few weeks of stretching. sizing is tough for this raw denim biz....

just a general question, not a knock on n&f, but for people who wear the WG fit - don't you have sagging jeans because of the rise? I owned a pair and tried sagging, but throughout the day or whenever i sat down, they would ride back up. this doesn't happen with my lower rise jeans like apc ps. just wondering about that from everyone who wears WGs

I could not agree more, sizing is tough for this raw denim biz :)

Luckily I am moving to a city where I'll be able to find any pair I want to try on so no more guess work for me, I am so excited

the way you describe it you make it seem like WG have a high rise.  i guess it depends on your height and body type, to me the rise seems normal to low for me.  theres no need to sag and they fit nice on the ass.  its probably because your APCs stretched like mad and they can stay low on your ass even when you sit

Here is a quick pic of the Jap heritage 2 collabs

They are extremely stiff and really nice. I have only worn them a few times so far and decided not to pre-soak :) completely raw!!

actually no, my wg's definitely stretched more in the waist. and i guess, relatively the WG have a high rise, although, i guess it's actually more of a medium, being about 10" compared to like 9.5 for my apc's. but yeah i guess different body types, different results is basically what it comes down to.

Boomer how do the Jap 2s feel, how slubby are they?  Thinking of picking them up, how did you size?

I love my "skinny guy" in size 30, it has stretched out to fit perfect in 2 weeks.
Can I assume ordering 1 size smaller in "weird guy" would give me almost the same fit??? The specs seem to compare close that way.

Kamikazi Attack x Naked & Famous Collab

"Jean Street" is the epicenter of denim country and located in the heart of Kojima, Japan. It is here that you will find the flagship stores of some of the most coveted Japanese cult labels like Momotaro, Pure Blue Japan, Spellbound, Big John, and Strike Gold. You will also find the flagship of Kamikazi Attack which is a boutique denim label that combines a hard core punk rock attitude with a denim purist mentality. Their denims are sewn to perfection and their details simple and true, yet a bit of edge is added through their logos and creativity. Kamikazi Attack has now collaborated with Naked & Famous to make their first ever slim denim which is in the Naked & Famous Skinny Guy fit. The denim features a super dark indigo warp + weft 14.5oz unsanforized selvedge woven in Kojima and sewn into denim by the masters at Kamikazi Attack.

I sized up on these, they are really great but fit more slim then other WG's

Anybody have experience with the super skinny guys? Thinking of picking up a pair of them in Indigo Stretch.  The skinny guy top block is 1000x better for me than the WG one, just need a taper.  2% elastane seems like it would be comfortable but not ridiculously stretchy either (aka no painted on thighs)
