Just wanted to let you guys know that we have received our first Spring shipment of N&F. We have a few new models in stock: Weird Guy Black Selvedge, Skinny Guy Broken-Twill Selvedge, and Slim Guy Natural Indigo Revival Selvedge. I know a lot of people were looking for a lighter weight indigo Slim Guy and Weird Guys in black, so it's nice to see both of those have been addressed. Prices and stock are up on our website, but pictures will still be a little while. Contact us if you need anything.

Yeah, the black Weird Guy seems to be something people were waiting for. We are already down to only 31s and 32 in just two days. We'll definitely try to restock them as soon as possible, but it will probably be at least a couple weeks.

So I've decided I really like what N&F is doing, and am going to probably pick up a couple pairs. I have a pair of Weird Guy Deep Indigo on order, but for the second am trying to decide between the following: Weird Guy Grey Selvage: http://www.neimanmarcus.com/store/ca...488cat26470736 Weird Guy Black Selvage: http://www.neimanmarcus.com/store/ca...488cat26470736 Weird Guy Indigo Selvage (lighter color/weight than the ones I ordered, no contrast stitching): http://www.neimanmarcus.com/store/ca...488cat26470736 Slim Guy Broken Twill (could potentially go w/the Skinny Guy in same color): http://www.neimanmarcus.com/store/ca...488cat26470736 this second pair will be reserved more as a wear to work/meetings/nice dinners jean. I've really started liking jeans in greys or blacks or else indigo with grey and/or black tones. Thoughts on the above?

Also, depending on ur size, they have some of those models you listed on revolve and you can get 15% off right now with the code "Tulip"...

Yea, I think the Weird Guy will be the best fit on me. What color are the ones you posted actually? I want something in grayish, and I think my Helmut Langs cover me on the blackish end. It's probably either the WG in grey or else the WG in regular indigo, as they have some grayish undertones in them and the actual grays are a bit light colored to dress up, IMO.

Call Schaeffer's Garment Hotel in LA. It's Robert Schaeffer's shop, the guy who used to manage HTC/Denim Doctors on Beverly. He said he ordered them, so I'm sure he can either add an extra pair or put them aside for you when they arrive.

The Revival Selvedge is awesome. It's a pretty light indigo and fades really nicely. Definitely one of my favourites from N&F. The Broken Twill is cool too. They are quite a bit darker, and have tonal stitching, so they are pretty clean looking. As far as the actual characteristics of broken twill denim, i'm sure others could tell you more, but it's my understanding that it eliminates leg twist and will actually break in a little differently. On another note, i really can't wrap my head around the appeal of 24oz denim. Is it just the novelty factor?
