Longshot WTB: 38-40R Tweed Coat, Herringbone, with a few specific features....

I'd like to find a blazer, sportcoat, hacking jacket, et cetera with the following features:

- Heavy, winter-weight tweed, preferably Harris
- Size 38R, 39R, or 40R
- Grey Herringbone
- High-ish lapels
- Functional Lapel Button (or the potential to have one added)
- Double Vent
- Ticket Pocket
- A little rake to the pockets would be a major bonus!
- Waist suppression (I'm a slim guy, so I look like crap in sack suits)

I know it's a longshot, and that my best bet is to have a coat made for me, but unfortunately tuition/grad school leaves little in the budget for such luxuries. And as I have yet to find what I'm looking for on the web or in local stores, I figured "what the hell, why not post on SF?"

Anyway, if you can hook me up, I'd be forever in your debt.

while it's likely lighter weight than you're looking for, this Chu herringbone 40R is pretty close I would think, and the Chu jackets have gotten high praise here.. I don't have one so can't say for certain, but the quality seller might be able to chime in.. he's sold a few I know

Damn. Sooo close. Thank you very much, but you're right; it does appear a bit lighter than I was looking for. I freeze my butt off walking from class to class (each one being on the exact opposite side of campus from the one immediately after it), but I don't like wearing an overcoat of any sort becasue 1) I'm not outside *that* long at a stretch, 2) once I get to class, there's never a good place to put my coat! I want to get a nice, thick tweed blazer, and button up the lapel when I need to stay warm. It's funny; stores up here (as they are most everywhere, I presume) are moving out the winter inventory to make way for the spring stuff, but spring won't hit western washington for months to come!
