I am curious what audio gear members here have. No judgments here - anything from iPods to large home theater systems welcome.

What do you have now?

What do you dream about owning?

Don't have anything now - just threw out Kenwood gear last week.. it was crap, one of the speakers was blown, and I was ready for it to be gone.

Not so much as a dream as it is a plan -

Dynaudio Focus 200C, 220, 140
Earthquake Cinenova Grande 5 (maybe 7-ch)
Denon 4308Ci
Truly integrating my HTPC into a home theatre
SVS Ultra sub

Coupled with my Sony 60" A3000.

An old Sony DB-series receiver, which I'm using as a pre-amp.
Old adcom 5 channel amp.
NHT speakers all around (VT2 fronts, a VT-series center, and some SB-something rears).

I don't really listen to music on that system. I mostly listen to music on headphones, either Grado SR60s, or (usually) some Shure canalphones (the ~150-200$ ones, either E2c or E3c).

I have a 30gb video iPod for travel (I use Grados as well) and a home system of Maggie speakers and Audio Research electronics with SACD and vinyl as sources.

I downgraded several years ago to a modest setup that I am content with until the kids are old enough that I don't have to worry about them destroying it.

Music Hall CD25 CD Player
Music Hall MMF5 Turntable
NAD C320BEE Amplifier
PSB 5T Tower Speakers

Linn Tukan Speakers

Analog and tubes rule!

I avoid digital music whenever possible, just like some members here might avoid synthetic fabrics and black suits.

Small and sweet:

Rotel 971 CD Player
Audio Analogue Puccini Amp

I'd love to try some smaller Magnepan speakers someday.

Most of this system was built a looong time ago - I'm sort of out of the game these days because my audio habit has taken a backseat to my clothing and entertaining-the-girlfriend-at-expensive-restaurants habits. But anyways, here goes:

B&W Nautilus 805 speakers
Plinius 2100i integrated amp
Meridian G07 CD player
Transparent Audio Wave 100 interconnects and bi-wire speaker cable

I occasionally think about getting a Shunyata Hydra or an entry-level vinyl setup as my next steps, but I really need to get into a better house with a dedicated listening room before I do any of that.

We don't agree very often, but that's my favorite Queen album.

I just bought a used Rega P2 turntable (thanks to all who gave advice on that, btw), so I'll soon be playing my old records for the first time in years.
