probably means there is some left over but I have been told that the colors have not been re-run in the last batch.

I believe the navy Steadfast hopsack number is 1561. It's easily the nicest blazer hopsack that I've personally seen.

I have a jacket length of the Lesser 16oz (29616) from Harrisons and thought it was navy hopsack but honestly don't know enouigh about fabrics to confirm.

Thanks for the replies. Will definitely check out the Smiths Steadfast book as well as the Lesser 16 oz. I am told there is a hopsack in the Lesser 13 oz. and Smiths Botany 13oz. books also.

I will definitely consider flannel after I get this blazer squared away. Seems like Minnis (305?) would be a decent choice.

Steed knocked me one up in a navy Hardy Minnis flannel (0305).

It's bullet-proof, beautiful, tactile cloth.

I know it's sacrilegious, but I have one in the 10oz Fox, and like it very much.

anyone know how I can see some bunches from Drapers and if there is a contact in UK?

Suit care question for you gents: how do you deal with slush splashes on the back of your pants legs?

So far, I've been letting them dry, sponging and then brushing.

Just wondering if I should be doing something different.

Exactly what I do Trini. I was able to rescue a pair of cream colored cords that way a few weeks back.

Anybody knows how to get some H&S fabrics without paying crazy prices? What is the best way, would like to get a couple from the sherry tweed offering.

^ I'd be interested to learn as well - there is a SherryKash I quite like.

I personally know the H&S manager for the international market and she told me more then once that is cheaper to buy from the tailors as they have prices not accessible a to anyone else. In Naples Argenio is one of only few shops that sell H&S directly to the public
