W.Bill's Donegal's are hand woven, or most are, the cloth is rough and seems to loosely woven to be suitable for trousers. NIce for a jacket though, I have several.

Actually, I agree with this. The handwovens really won't work for suits because of these reasons.

Wearing pants that you would wear with the coat is important. And a shirt too obviously to ensure correct sleeve length assessments.
