What do you think of the Barbera saxony cloth for Lesser?
It is great, totally unique, and well never be made again.

Felt that way, too. But that's my absolute, final suit for this season.
Same one. Actually, I have 3.5, if anyone wants to count. Should be more than enough.
As someone who really wanted a polo coat, should I have jumped on that. I am still in mourning over the coat that never was.
You probably could still get it.
The problem is that while I WANT a Polo coat, I don't NEED one. So the only way I am going to get one is if I trick myself into thinking there is some reason why I need to jump on an opportunity that is fleeting. That worked with the oft-lamented deadstock Lesser baby camelhair. Is there something similar here that I could use to fool myself? It doesn't seem like it, but, obviously, I am willing to be convinced.
Note that Manton said "probably" meaning that it is not a sure thing. With each passing moment, your prospects of obtaining it grow dimmer. Carpe diem!
Yes, this will definitely run out sooner or later, and the price is very, very good. What I got was not as good as the Harrison camel, but it cost about 1/4 as much, and it feels a bit tougher, which is not a bad thing for camel. It is not super luxe like the Harrison, though.
SO what did you get, Manton? I wasn't paying attention.
I just have the cloth, I have not done anything with it yet. But it will become and orthodox polo coat.
I wish I got more of your jokes.
