Waxing Neck in lieu of shaving

I have a problem with the hair at the bottom of my neck growing odd ways and in turn creating bumps. I have tried plucking it but I can't get it all. Has anyone ever waxed their face or bottom of neck near their adam's apple? I cannot get rid of these bumps

Have you tried rubbing ice cubes on your neck after shaving?
I can't remember where I read it, but it works for me. After every shave, I take an ice pack out of the freezer and rub down my neck.

Try a razor for sensitive skin or a beard trimmer on your neck area rather than a regular razor. A regular razor cuts hair beneath the skin but a beard trimmer will not - hence no bumps.

the problem i am having is that on one side the hair has grown in such an odd way that i cannot even shave it now. So I either have a clean shaven face with the exception of my neck which has the stubble still or i pluck them and they bump up when growing back.

Very likely exfoliating (preferably at night) will help.
