I had agreed to refund if he sent it back. I have received the tie and taken a photo of it. I have refunded the full amount sent by the buyer. You be the judge.

Old Yogun may use a non-standard measuring methodology, whereas, yours is orthodox.

I received a package of 9 ties bougth in ebay:
1 was stolen in the mail,
1 sold as NWT looks like recued from the trash bin (with tags),
1 sold as cashmere NWOT doesn't feel like cashmere and doesn't look as new,
the other 6 are ok.

i feel bad for you guys who were defrauded. i bid on a few of those shoes (was amazed to see a bunch of Kiton shoes in my hard-to-find-at-discount size) but lost every single time to a more aggressive bidder. i felt really pissed off at the time, but now am very relieved that i lost. i do feel bad for you guys though

Lots of us have bought from bunny6972. Her ties are very hit or miss.

rssmsvc, the best. Prompt, professional, proficient seller. Better than Santa.

zikster lists stuff as rebranded with no knowledge of the actual maker. (i.e., C&J for Cole Hann). He has no interest in investigating these claims, and when questioned he is incredibly rude. If his pre-sale service is any indicator of his actual service, I would stay away. Be wary of his rebranded claims unless you are certain.

Agreed. I told him nicely of his mistake and he practically attacked me.

Wondering if ebay seller bluedragonflies is a SF member ? I am interested in one of his jackets and wondering if the deal could be routed through here rather than ebay ?

Ugh,
I sold some PRL khakis last week, I think the auction ended at $6.

The buyer has just contacted me threatening "legal action" because:
-they are "unhemmed" (hem is visible in the auction photos, usps must have dissolved them)
-they don't fit right and therefore must not be a size 31 waist (they are a fuller cut/pleated)
-there is no size tag on the label (I know there is one that correctly labels them a size 31 by the fly)
-only one of the back pockets has a flap

can anyone recommend a good lawyer?

Are you serious? On 2 accounts - 1. actually giving a shit for $6 - refund him tell him to keep them for free and move on... and 2. USPS "dissolving" hems??

What do you reckon about the authenticity of the Helmut Lang jeans now offered by numerous ebay sellers. I see very low 'Buy It Now' prices and lots of postings. Are they real?
