I'm going to echo the beer suggestion. Should be some good lagers at an Irish place. Guiness may be too heavy for someone who hasn't drank before, I was never real fond of the taste myself, but a Harp would be tasty.

As for the other stuff, your friends will likely buy you a few shots during the evening but beer is a good base to stick with.

FWIW, I can't stomach the taste of tequila myself - comes right back up.

I wouldn't touch israeli made hard liquer, or I havn't in 20 plus years. I's suprised that you pay $20 for a tube of toothpaste, and won't spent $2 on vodka.

I was on a kibbutz, it was all there was.

I'm just saying, back when you would have started drinking (unless you were some nerd and started late), I'd be surprised that Israel, as utilitarian as it was then, would have had wild turkey... but whatever.

Haven't had it yet. It's goin down Friday night, and then Saturday early morning driving up to Chicago. I'm sure it will be a lovely drive


Every time I get on these threads, I feel like I'm the only person who waited until 21 to start drinking. What a LOSER!

There's nothing wrong with not drinking before the age of 21. Sounds like you are both responsible and wanted to make sure you will fully savor the moment. Given all the teenage drunk driving shit that goes on, I'd rather have a world full of people like you.


Now, if you tell me that you willingly waited until 21 to penetrate a girl, well................

BTW, with analingus, you just have to enjoy it while you are there, you can't start thinking about it's function. Wait till a girl gives you the finger or tongue there, you'll start singing the Star Spangled Banner.
