Whichever knot you choose, ensure you don't store your ties still knotted. This can cause irreversible damage to the silk/fabric. The best storage options for neckties are rolled, unknotted. Additionally, if you choose to use a tie tack; remember to insert the tack through the back of the lapel or fabric keeper and then attach to your shirt. This will help hole prevention on the outside of the tie. nod[1].gif

Almost certainly. You shouldn't be able to see the tie "loop" coming out of either side of the knot, which you usually can with a FIH and a cutaway collar.

But very few people look good in a true cutaway collar, so the right answer is probably to buy a different shirt smile.gif
