Bench: 280
Squat: 335
Dead: 305
total: 920lbs

age: 24
height: 6'2"
weight: 192lbs



I used to be in the 1000lb club in highschool

1RMs? Who cares?

I haven't done 1RM in years. During my last 3 rep sets I did 335/375/375 but the DL/squat were easy.

I don't think I know anyone who benches anywhere near 280 that can only dead 305

too much strain on my lower back, i used to do more, started having back spasms, slowly working my way back to normal. i am in DC, you can come meet me :P

bench: two Cadillac Escalades, one in each hand
Squat: a tractor trailor full of cement blocks
dead: 135, too hard on my back

I was thinking the same thing. At my best I could squat and DL 315 but only bench 155, and that was on a good day. I was running a lot back then, too. Oh, wait - forgot my younger brother. A beast in the chest and shoulders, but toothpicks for legs. I could out-lift him on the squat and DL, but he easily doubled my bench.

All the 1RM-type videos I see look pretty ouchy. I can't deadlift or squat anymore due to knee problems (think it's a torn LCL - getting it checked out soon), but I was at ~205/295/375 bench/squat/dead. All raw, of course. EDIT: Also, please feel free to laugh at my bench numbers.

I don't 1-RM any of those really... my 1 RM clean and jerk is 155 which I'm happy with, weighing 155.

Yeah - I've been working on my big 3 also. Just in case I get the opportunity to block Michael Strahan in the future. You never know, I'm only forty.
