It's user interface is defined and ultimately limited by its touchscreen, which is a neat toy, but not very practical for me, and not very appealing. Typing on it is a hassle, which is what I'm trying to get AWAY from. keeping it smudge and scratch free would be a nightmare. And the software annoys me. I don't like having to go to the menu, push the phone button, and then either scroll around for a contact, or push another button to bring up a VIRTUAL keypad that requires you to look at the thing while dialing a number that on any other phone, you wouldn't even have to glance at. Apple seems to be on a mission to eradicate all tactile feedback from the world. Apple's keyboards are universally horrible, inert, rubbery, classless pieces of over designed crap to begin with, maybe they figured nobody would miss it.
