I've been lacking in the Fall coat department, and dislike the idea of wearing a lambskin blazer on a daily basis, so I decided to pick up another basic black jacket this season. I purchased the garment below at a sample sale. The price ($150) wasn't super cheap, but the quality is definitely a lot better than most casual offerings I've seen in the $250 and even $500 range. The shell is made of a coated cotton--similar to a McKintosh (sp??) raincoat--with a mid-weight wool liner. Leather accents are used along the zipper and small buckles. Anyways, if you guys could identify the manufacturer and point of sales in NYC that would be great. Jacket detail. Zip pockets:
