Just got 2 pairs, but the wife doesn't like how they fit... First pair is black wool flannels, one forward pleat, tagged a 34R, but the actual measurements are 36" x 31" - very cool side pockets with zippers... 
Second pair is black with fat white stripes, flat front, tagged a 36, but the actual measurements are 37" x 34" (unfinished bottoms), made in Italy... 
Both retailed in the $250/pair range, but yours for $100 each or both for $190 shipped in the USA ($15 for international)... Thanks for looking...
