I usually wear a 41L or 42L in a sport coat. My measurements (taken by my tailor) for a couple of shirts I bought from tailorstore.com are 103cm (40.6in) chest and 65cm(25.6in) for sleeves (measured from shoulder seam). I am a bit on the taller side (6'2" barefoot), so the length on my shirts is 75cm (29.5in) which I usually tuck in on those type of dress shirts. Do you think that the large in the v-neck colourways will fit me? I am actually most concerned about the length; I don't want to find myself constantly having to pull it down over my waist. These days I usually wear medium or medium-tall in most things, but occasionally I wear a large. I used to wear a large in everything, but that was before they started making large sizes even larger to fool people into thinking they are not fat! One of these days I really want to have a couple of suits made. I live in SF, so I would probably fly down to LA for a fitting. I may as well get it done right. Jay
