It's hecho en China, but actually looks pretty sharp. I was actually pretty impressed with it when I first saw it; if it fit me I'd keep it.
It might have a few minor imperfections but I can't find anything really wrong with it, but for the fact that it's for someone who's tall. As far as I can tell it looks like it's never been worn; it's even got some white thread on the trousers that looks like it was holding a tag on. No funny smells, stains, or anything like that.
$50 shipped isn't much; but it 's what I paid for it. Why should you pay the same? Well-- because I'm not in the business of selling used clothes. I actually tried it on. But-- the jacket is 34" from the top of the collar--too long for me. If you're 6'2" or so, it'd be great though.

Please note that the jacket is actually double-vented and the chest measures a loose 44"-- probably more like a 41L. I steamed the wrinkles out of the jacket but the pants still need to be pressed properly.
