The only hair product I use is Pinaud's Eau de Quinine hair tonic since I have a kind of young Conor Oberst hairstyle.

Clays, etc. I have no use for.

Getting a hair cut soon... any advice on what product to use to get something like this? I don't want something hard or stiff or sticky like gel. Between pomade, creme, wax, etc what gives a soft hold that moves but retains style?

I'd say what I use- American Crew Forming Creme- would be good for that look.

you might have to use a pinch of gel as well to keep that shape for an extended period of time, though.

JasMart used to carry Gatsby a couple years back. However, I went in 3 months ago and there wasn't any there.

Could have restocked it since I went.
