Daiki always looks so good in his own clothes it's ridiculous. I'm convinced he's designing for himself.

get a belt that is two sizes larger than your usual size so that you are using the middle hole. you will be fine with a 32 or 34. (i am a 30; my 32 is perfect, my 34 is almost perfect.)

Just an update...

The English company I've contacted has made a QR belt for me. It's supposed to ship out this week. I'll update on quality, etc. once it arrives.

Hey cuties...

Anyone got any detail shots of Shawl Collar cardi in herringbone and grey sweater knit? I am torn between the two. Which is the heavier one?

Also the Andover jacket. Is that on the heavier side compared to the Bedford. I am really liking it but am not at all farmiliar with it. Is it sized like the bedford? Thanks

Hejfina had pictures of both. The herringbone one is cotton, and the sweater knit not.

The two jackets are made from the same fabrics. It's sized like the bedford, but I find them to be cut shorter.

I was at Hejfina this weekend, and was faced with the same decision on the cardi. I went with the herringbone. The grey knit version was slightly heavier, but I liked the look and texture of the herringbone a bit better. On the other hand, I think the grey sweater knit version would be more versatile. I can take some shots when I get home tonight. Anything in particular you are looking for? I quickly tried on the Andover. The material is the same weight as the Bedford. Seemed to be sized similarly as well. Personally, I like the cut and look of the Bedford more. BTW, as Timpoblete reported a while back, the grey flannel EG is using this season is amazingly soft and smooth. Hejfina only had the charcoal flannel 19 cent BD (not on their website, I think), but I was able to get a workshirt in the lighter grey flannel from Steven Alan.

Here's links to the items on the JP sites. The last for the sweater knit from the same site as the Herringbone. Good for comparison.
