Think I could get one of those with about 5,000 sf, a media room and a pool in the backyard?

In this size I could see it being good onsite housing for oilfield workers or power plant construction crews.

It reminds me too much of those windowless power company buildings. And I'm sure those units will be subject to urban decay. I'm not sure whether or not I would enjoy the dystopian future aesthetic.

If these were 35-50K, I would buy one or two, a cheap, empty plot of land in the middle of LA or SF and move into them.

A perfect solution to out-of-fundamentals housing prices.
