Have these basic grey wool slim pants coming in the mail:

I have two pair that I picked up that look similar made by A&S. They both have the split waist band and pick stitching on the pockets, zipper, and coin pocket. One pair has contrast color buttons (brownish colored) and the other has black buttons. They are both made by Isaia. Super 120s and Super 150s. I know some floating around are Super 200s. I've handled the Super 200s, they are very nice.

who makes adriano and sons dress shirts? saw some on yoox as well really cheap but hesitant as i dont know how they are. isaia as well? (not sure if isaia makes their own shirts)

I've just bought an A&Sons suit from Yoox, and it's really lovely quality and terrific value for the Yoox sale price that I paid. And the rise on the trousers is fine (more generous than the A&S trousers I bought three years ago, certainly).

Does anyone happen to know who is making suits for Adriano and Sons these days?

I believe it's Caruso.

Is the jacket really short? Would you mind measuring the length from the bottom of collar and telling us what size it is?

The jacket is a little on the short side - it's a Euro size 48 (not marked as S, R or L), and measures 30" from the top of the collar, 29" from the bottom of the collar.

However, it isn't as short as it appears on the Yoox model - the fact that the sleeves appeared ridiculously short on him made me conclude that he must be far too tall for the suit.

Yeah, that's very short, but typical Caruso made. Should be very nice. I wish I could wear the stuff.
