I'm thinking about getting one of RW's heavier duty offerings for a winter boot. I'm in Boston and I need a boot that can handle the occasional blizzard and the subsequent slushfuck that follows. I strongly advise against the crepe soled versions as a winter boot - I had a pair two seasons ago and the crepe wore down to nothing in about 1.5 months. I live in the city and walk a lot, but no matter which way you cut it that's unacceptable.Originally Posted by bob99
