I actually like mine and bought a few at a RL outlet. The fit is somewhat slim for the size but yes, cut a bit more traditionally. I still have zero complaints about them. Their polos are also ******* awesome.

THINK AGAIN.

That's also not the same polo I have. That looks like pique.

Well ****, I'd rather buy from Mauro too

That sounds like it's from several seasons ago. I've noticed that the further back you go, the bigger things tend to fit. The flannels they made for FW08 run fairly TTS whereas with the older stuff you'd have to go down quite a few and even then it wouldn't be a guarantee that'd it fit.

Yo fellas.

I'm not much of a jeans man (don't own a single pair of bluey louies), so with a clean slate I'm looking to delve into the market of good quality denim.

Being a high-school student with no regular income, budget is low. Preferably, I'd want a pair for around the £80 mark. That might seem low to all of you selvagers, but it's around the price i'm willing to spend.

I like a slim fit cut, like the Acne Mic and Dior jobbies. I generally wear a 32 waist and don't wear my donalds below my ******* ass like I've just had a cack attack. I haven't got a clue on all this 'don't wash your jeans for a year to get a good fade' lark, as is inevitable with a relative noobie who's used to cleaning every few washes.

Does anyone have any recommendations for me. In terms of jean model and advice on upkeep? At the moment I have about three pairs of trousers so any input is appreciated. Most of the jeans I see in WAYWT are my bag, by the way.

I'm selling an unworn pair of Acne mics in 31 x 34. If you're a slim 32 they should stretch to fit you fine. Price is $100 plus actual shipping so let me know if you're interested.

The waist on a 36 is around 37" or so while the hem opens at 8.5".

Thanks for the recommendation. I did look at the Big Bengt but the "inspired by the 501" in the description kept me from considering it. Perhaps I'll give it a try, even in 34 waist, because Self Edge says it has a 35.5" waist. BTW, here are the before/after hot wash/dry measurements of the 36" Route:

waist: 36/35
inseam: 34.6/33.3
thigh: 13.3/13
leg opening: 9/8.5
front rise: 12/11.5
back rise: (forgot to measure)/15.5

Looks much better now and I have no trouble buttoning the top button at 35".

PS. Another jean that fits me well is the Acne Max (in 36"), albeit I'd prefer a slightly larger front rise. Its measurements after wash/stretch by wearing are: W 38, I 36 (lots of stacking -I'm a 32), T 12.3, LO 8.1, FR 10.

Sounds quite enticing. Colour? Do the 34s run long? i.e. will I need to cuff/hem them? Will PayPal be alright with the whole currency conversion? That's about £75 on my end - which is superb. Thanks for the help mate, I'll probably be buying these. W-w-wait I just checked these on Google and they don't look all that slim. Will you be able to get pics soon? The rigids seem more my taste...

just checked ande's site. They look real nice. anyone had any experience with the Raker sanforized black (limited edition)? Also, excuse my lack of knowledge, but what does the "Limited Edition Model 14oz" mean... well what does the 14oz mean? I'm just about ready to order. Super pumped that there is a 32x38 model. that's wicked.
