If you're suggesting that jeans need to be dyed on the warp and weft to stain (i.e. 45rpm nando x nando), that isn't the case. My MIJ Dior stained a white shirt of mine when I tucked it in.

Is 29 the smallest size that the raw Kicking Mule Workshop 1980 comes in? How about the 5EP Low Down Boot?

I'm thinking of one of the two, but I've read that you need to size down one on the 5EP, and I'm already a 28 in most Levi's, 26 in APC.

Haven't seen KMW1980 in 28, but I know that Mauro at Farinelli's have the Low Down Boot sz 28 in stock.

The New Standards would be the closest, I guess (but still not that close).... They have a slim thigh like the RR, but from the knee down is tapered, which is the complete opposite of a boot-cut.

New Cures/Hipsters/Petite Standard are all quite a bit slimmer everywhere from the RR, and none are a boot cut. The Hipsters and PS will also have a lower rise.

RR thigh room is not that slim, not the ones I tried on anyway, unless 13-13.5 inches across the upper thigh on a 36 waist RR is slim.

I'd compare a 36 RR to a 32 Rescue, minus the bootcut. So, in a sense you're right in that like sizes between RR and Rescues are different.

I have ordered Hugo Boss and Levis jeans size W30 L32. It would fit perfectly except at the waist they are a little bit tight. Would these jeans stretch out a little bit if I wear them ? I used to wear H&M W30L32 and Zara size 30.

Thanks

I'm looking at a very slim thigh that is straight leg.
Haven't found one yet.

The rrl, somet straight, and pbj 007 all are somewhat straight but all measure in at around 11.75 -12 inches across on thigh big style for a size 31-30 as they all are.

I'm lookin for something like

11 inches or even 10.5 inches (will strectch anyways) in the thigh and the only premiun jean I can find is the

Flat head new slim model

But this one is as skinny as they come in the leg. Anything that is 10.5-11 in in thigh but a straight leg with perhaps a knee and hem of 7.75-8 in across?

Anyone else think that the tim hamilton jeans are wildly undersized. Granted I'm not the slimmest of folks but jesus, I can barely button them up.

One question before I return or sell them

Do these things stretch like crazy. I am between a 35 and 36 waist and these could easily work for a 33 or 34.

FH 3001/1001 should fit the bill. Check out self edge's measurements (and remember that they are unsanforized).

I'm looking to get a pair of black denim. I'm trying to decide between skull 5010 and samurai 710 or S5000. I currently wear a size 32 in r&b17 and they fit perfectly. Which of these have a similar fit and would you recommend? I've seen some incredible pictures of all of them and it's hard to decide. Any sizing issues that I should know about? Thanks guys.

Weird, i found the size 32s to fit like 33s in the top block and waist.

I haven't really found anything like it except maybe my SSDS if I hadn't sized down one. Even then the top block would probably be a little bit slimmer.

I think the Lee Gold 101z (sized down 1?) would be a decent slim cut with slight taper alternative. The rise on them is a tad shorter though.

But rb15s isn't that slim. At my "usual" waist size it's probably one of the more relaxed and comfortable jeans I own.
