I've got largish thighs from working out, so straight fit (but not anti-fit) would be ideal. Right now I'm wearing Pure Blue Japans in size 31 and they're pretty much perfect; I just want something heavier. I would really love to get a pair of Iron Heart 634s, but the inseam is listed as 34" or 35" (as opposed to most raw jeans, which seem to be more like 37"). Any thoughts?

Thanks much in advance!

N&F Elephant 3?

*edit* shit.... apparently they decreased the inseam on that, I naturally assume 36/37 as I own 6 pairs of NF and my shortest inseam is 36" :s

samurai has a few pairs that are 18+ in a straight cut with 37+ inseams that should have what you're looking for

stopped by self edge today, the 2109s aren't as slubby as 1109s which are super slubby but still might be what you're looking for.

Wow thanks for info man. Im gunna head by and check em out this week sometime. I like the look of the 1109s alot just wish they were a bit heavier. A little cheaper too is never bad. Still gotta check the flatheads too.

So i have a pair of 16oz Tellasons that are way too long for me. Is there anyway i can shrink the inseam without going to a tailor?

Wash and dry them hot. Will bring them up a few inches if unsanforized, maybe 1 inch if not.

Hot wash and dry can bring it up a little but not a ton since it's sanforized. it'll shrink everything too though

Found jeans that fit me just right.

RL 018 Slim Straight 30 X 30 Dark Blue on sale at the RL outlet store for 1/2 price and I had a 20% coupon on top of that.

They are not very heavy, but seemed to be made for me other than having to shorten them.

Yea!

Had my first experience with levis shrink to fit (LVC 1954z XX) and after sitting in the tub with them for ten minutes they fit like a glove. also got two pairs of raleigh denim in and they're super flexible and comfortable, just have to size up a bit from what I'm used to.

I just bought my first pair of "nice jeans" , Rag & Bone Indigo Selvedge on eBay for $46 including shipping.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/161194627587?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Did I get a good deal?

Any information on these jeans?

Any maintinence and care instruction before I wear them?

Not bad. I believe rag and bone uses a lighter weight cone mills denim. Just start wearing them or you can do an initial wash since they're second hand and then just wash when they're dirty.

Thanks for the response, apparently RB uses Japanese denim.

/\ 12oz Cone Mills.

They are fine jeans, since they are used I'd wash them first.

How do you guys like the quality of Jean Shop's stuff?  My progression was STF -> APC -> Nudies -> PBJ -> Iron Hearts and I was looking into trying something new again without breaking the bank.  Thoughts?

Looking for some indigo denim with similar to Acne's Ace model - unfortunately their current Raw Gothic wash looks kinda bad, in my opinion.
Anything similar out there, with a mid-rise and a similar taper?
