I have a pair of RRL selvedge - My favorite pair of jeans. I use it for everything and seldomly wash it. Here's the rub...

I dance salsa quite a bit in them which means I sweat like a mother. Usually, I just put them out to dry or don't bother washing them. If I do wash them, it's every 3-4 months or so. FFWD 3 years later and they have an awful stench to them. I've tried washing them in delicate wash inside and out and drying them in the sun but nothing seems to shake the smell.

Any suggestions? I'm worried the smell is entrenched in the fabric.

That's disgusting.  How about you wash them properly?

I've asked this before in this thread, alas got no reply. I'm thinking naked & famous skinny guy should do the trick as they all come in 36" inseam, or alternatively nudie thin finns/tight long johns depending on how skinny you want them to be. Also I've found APC petit standards stack quite nicely if your legs aren't too long or you wear them with ankle boots/hi tops

Has anyone had any experience with 'Natural Selection' Denim? I'm not sure whether to go with this or something from APC.

What do you consider affordable?  That term is kinda subjective...

would help to have a price range but since you're considering NF, i'm going to guess you're looking for mid $100s for jeans. N&F is your best option probably. United Dry Goods has a black/black for $170 (http://blueowl.us/scripts/psp/VB_Bridge3.dll?VBPROG=\bin\shop.prodt.detail&SKU=7588005). if you're looking at uniqlo too, why not just get a pair of levis 511 or 510? if you're in the US, they're having a sale online and in stores.

never been too impressed with natural selection denim. they're very different from APCs in aesthetics and fit from what i've seen. just depends on what kind of cut you're looking for.

I honestly think spending the extra cash and getting some ST-200x or ST-220x. Or if you want a skinnier fit, Rogue Territory SK's are pretty dang skinny.

can anyone recommend me jeans that are similar to 3sixteen sl-100x. i'm definitely going to try the st-100x because the sl-100x fits me great but i would just prefer more of a taper from the knee down. the fit in the thighs are near perfect for me. i've had trouble finding a pair of jeans with the right amount of room in the thighs. budget-wise i'd like to stay around $200 or less

IMO 3sixteen is the best in that price range. However you can also try Tellason's ladbroke grove which has a taper.

So, I guess this is a longshot question:  Is there anybody who owns, or at least who has tried on both the Tellason Sheffield, and the 3Sixsteen+ 30BSP?  If so, how would you compare the top block on the 30BSP compared to the Sheffields?  I've tried the Sheffields, and I love how the top block fits - the rise and waist are perfect in my size, but I like the detailing on the 3Sixsteen+'s more, and the Sheffields don't taper enough for my tastes - they seem almost straight leg to me.

Nice light jeans to wear in humid weather in South Carolina? Cut similar to Samuria s0500xx

 I need some help, guys.

I have only one pair of raw denim and they are Unbrandeds 201 (tapered fit) in a size 32.

My waist size is 32 so obviously I went TTS. The fit of my 201s aren't ideal, though. They're very slightly looser on the thighs and flare out a little too much. More than I'd like. And the waist for some reason is extremely tight. I can't get the top button to button and I can barely get the second to top to button. I was told it would stretch, but I've been wearing them for a little over a month and it hasn't.

Now I'm in a bit of a dilema between going TTS or on size up on the "skinny guys" or down sizing one on the "weird guys". 201s and weird guys are suppose to be some what similar, but i've read they're kinda different as well.

So what do you guys think? Which size should I go with and do N&F stretch more than Unbrandeds?

Also, I've asked in the N&F thread multiple times but no responses. Just wanna make the right purchase since these jeans are quite $$$

Which brands make nice denim jackets?

Preferable below $300.
