MoK - What size and where did you buy your W+H? I've been looking at a pair but the retailer won't provide measurements. I want to keep as much inseam as possible so I'd be interested in how much they shrink too. Maybe we can take it to PM if you don't mind.

I've been wearing my current pair of jeans for a little over a year now, and I just noticed that the fabric at the base of the top button is wearing through. Is this something that can be easily repaired by one of those denim repair places, or is it pretty much over once the fabric rips all the way through?

If I'm scrawny and would like to achieve a slim look (like this: ), will tapered model look baggy on my thighs? Should I go for skinny model instead? I'm 176 cm, 57 kg, 31" waist. Thanks.

Edit: another problem: I have low hanging balls so I need long rise. Jeans with long rise tend to be the straight ones, which look baggy on me. Is there no solution other than altering? I currently wear jeans with 9.5" rise and sometimes my balls get crushed.

As in underwear? Of course, but they're still crushed when I drive my car.

I feel my new naked and famous are quite tight in the thigh. Almost looks silly but I am going to wear them because overall I think the fit is nice and I want to give them a chance. I know the thighs won't stretch like APC but will they at least loosen up? When the fabric gets softer should they have some give and not look like they are hugging my thighs? Or will they stay like this and should I have sized up?

The picture may not look bad but irl it's pretty obvious they're hugging my thighs.

doesn't look too tight in the pic but if u insist they look like jeggings, they're never gonna stop looking like jeggings. If the waist isn't too tight, you might fix the problem by sagging since the thighs are larger closer to the waistband.

It's time to retire my Wings and Horns slim fits because I'm TOO SWOLE now and they're uncomfortably tight around the waist. I'm looking at a pair of Petit Standards as a replacement, but are there any other jeans I should consider with a similar fit?

Unfortunately, those are the straight fit, not skinny fit =/ I found a few stores that had the slim fits on sale, but not in my size.

Any word on the Naked and Famous Super Skinny Guys? Based on the photos at Blue Owl, the fit looks pretty good.

Those W+H "straights" measure out pretty similar to DH 19cm... so I guess you could consider the 17.5cm cut.

I'm looking for jet black selvage jeans with a slim/skinny cut. Any recommendations?

I was looking at the APC black PS but that's more charcoal than the jet black I want.

SL-220x - Double Black Denim - Straight Leg

I'm 6'2 1/2 and 170 pounds.  Looking for a pair of jeans under $100.  Must be slim fit and a dark wash. Size should be 32/32 or 33/32  FYI: Levi's jeans are not an option.
