How does a guy with big hips and a big butt find good fitting jeans?

Is there any specific brand/fit you recommend? Any advice in general?

What's their skinny model of jeans?

APC Petit Standards are.... standard skinny jeans, as the name suggests.

I'd suggest the the RB15X, but if you go online I believe that the numbers roughly correspond with slimness, i.e. the higher the number, the slimmer the cut... I think the X denotes a slimmer version of that particular cut.

The RB23X seems to be the skinniest, but even they aren't that skinny. I'll keep looking out for a non-raw skinny jean.

Indeed, that's what I implied.

I got a nice beginner question: What if my jeans have stretched too much after the first week, what should I do to get them smaller again? Go to a tailor or Soak them? Hot or cold?

Mine have stretched a lot, but I like them a lot this way. It makes them more comfortable. I'm asking WHAT IF, so that I know what to do if they stretch even more. Right now I'm at day 6 and hopefully they stay this way.

Does anyone know where I can buy 21cm cut Diors in Vancouver Canada? I went to Leone's but they run out of sizes really quick... apparently they won't get another restock until January.

I'm looking for a jean with the following measurements:

thigh: 13"
front rise: 10.5"
inseam: 32-32.5"
waist: 19-19.5"

I bought a pair of 36x32 RRL straight leg, but the front rise is 12.75", and I thing it's a little too much. Plus, it's the dark wash model, and I'm not too crazy about them.

Price is not an issue.

Thanks!

I have a pair of 3sixteens that might fit your description very well. The rise is the only different part but something about the jeans causes some of the rise to be tucked under the crotch causing it to appear to have a rise closer to what you're looking for. I bought a different pair of jeans because I prefer longer rise (we have very similar measurements except I like the longer rise and you like the shorter rise!)

I wear a 32 or 33 waist in Levi's. what should I go for in N&F and A.P.C? I want a slim fit not skinny. I also have an athletic body so bigger hips and thigh area. Anybody know what size and what style to get in these companies?

Please give me exact measurements of your jeans. Thx

New to the raw denim world, have had one pair for about 2 years now and looking to get a pair of heavier weight.  I've heard that Samurai Jeans and Iron Heart have heavier weight denim, are there any other brands that might be added to this category?  Think that Naked and Famous makes a heavier model as well, though are all of their fits low rise?

I want to get a pair of raw jeans for my sister for her birthday, is there anywhere in particular that makes a decent pair for short girls (she's 4'11)?

Most if not all raw denim will come in vary long lengths. So you're going to have to get them hemmed. Nudies is the only company that I know of that allows you to choose your length or maybe Levi's.

It'll only cost like $10 bucks at the tailor to get them hemmed so don't worry about it
