I have a pair of diesel jeans (stfu they were half off and the fade is sick) but the waist stretched put from a 31 to a 34. Heard u can shrink the waist by putting it into boiling water. Won't it shrink back out again after wearing it a couple times though? foo.gif

I know I can just wear a belt but I'd like to at least try

Yes.

It'll stretch back out for the most part.  Is there any reason not to just try it though?

Yeah, earlier this year for SS12 they put out a lighter weight (I think around 11oz? can't remember) Greencaste Selvedge that starts as a lighter blue and greenish hues would show as it faded (Pic 1), and in their current lineup they have a 14 oz Green Selvedge (Pic 2).

What's a good brand that has black washes, in rigid material, for someone with athletic body type? (i.e. more defined thighs/seat).

Would one generally get true to size, or size up for rigid/hard jeans...I don't know if those loosen.

Hey guys, I'm having trouble finding tapered jeans (and pants in general) that fit my thighs. Over the last couple years, I've had to give up wearing almost all of my more expensive denim due to growth in leg muscle and the resulting discomfort while walking/sitting/going up stairs/etc. I have a pair of Analog Creeper Fit jeans that fit pretty well, though, so I took the measurements from them in hopes that someone will recommend denim/pants that are similar in cut. The waist on these is a little big, and the lower leg snug, but they manage to retain the "skinny" look while allowing me to take two stairs at a time.

CREEPER 34"

Waist: 36

Inseam: 32

Outseam: 42

Front rise: 9.75

Back rise: 15.75

Hips: 22.25

Thigh: 12 (3" down: 10.75)

Knee: 8.75

Leg opening: 7

Thanks in advance! Looking forward to some responses so I can sell my collection and start fresh.

Naked & Famous Weird Guy or the Japan Blue 400-cut. Probably in a tagged-34 either way. You will most likely need them hemmed, but they should fit your desired measurements. Either can be had at Blue Owl (forum affiliate). Blue Owl will have the measurements of each size listed on their website. Good luck.

Thanks for the response. I've actually got some Weird Guys in a 33 that I hemmed a couple weeks ago. They're a bit tight in the thigh, but it's likely that I just haven't worn them enough to stretch 'em. I'll look into the JB 400-cut. Thanks again!

You're one long drink of water.

Keep though. Look good.
