Thanks, do you go to school in Philly? If I'm a 29 in KMW rockers (it's a bit tight) should i go for the 29 in the Dry Bones Red D's?

Hello all,

Be gentle, it's my first time.

Up front: I know nothing about jeans.

I'd like to know what the style/brand of the jeans in this shot is, and where I can get that fit right now. I assume they are a Levi of some kind, but if that style number is still available the fit is likely different. If that is the case, does anyone know where I can get a repro of this?

rogue's gallery has a line called "standard" which fits just like APC NS. Price is around $160 to $220.

FH will be closer to the fit you are looking for. Sammies are repro cuts.

What is the feature of a jean that someone should look for when they are looking for a jean that fades?
Is it raw jeans that create the fade?
Does it matter if the raw is sanforized or not?
Does "rigid rinse"(GAP jeans) mean raw?

i'm leaning towards flatheads, as i want to have that purchase be from selfedge and support my friends there, though the 3001 would've been perfect

Almost all (if not all) of them are high rise and not a whole lot like APC in regards to fit.

Most of the inseam shrinkage on a pair of jeans is taken care of after one hot soak right? Just wondering if I could expect some drastic change in length or if I shouldn't bother giving these sugar canes another soak.

edit: ******* giving them another soak anyways, and making sure I don't hang dry this time

Im thinking of getting a pair of my 19CM's Slimmed down because they look baggy on my chicken legs. Im wondering though since there streight legged will the look funny tapered because when I head people are getting there jeans tapered they mostly bootcuts getting tapered into streight legs. sorry if this a stupid question I just dont want them to look funny.

Morning chaps,

I've got a pair of New Standards which I've been wearing for 5+ months. I do love them, though I'm not at all inclined to wash them any time soon (no smell, dirt, etc). However, they've stretched out considerably. I know they'll shrink at first wash (and ultimately stretch back to their present state?), but is there any way to tighten them up before then? A hot dryer will most certainly cause them to shrink, but will this not do irreperparable harm?
