I have a jean...(The Ultimate Jean Thread For Beginners) - ask questions here. - Page 1121

What brands make raw denim in shorter inseams? Have about a 30 waist and the 34-36 inseams are huge and rather not hem if not needed. Also whats the most popular jean for about 150? Looking for a go to pair, as it will be my only raw denim. I'm 5-10 160lbs, average to slightly muscular thighs, don't want super tight. Thanks guys

Just get them hemmed. Many of the higher end jeans do not come with more than one inseam option; it's assumed you will hem them if you wish.

For those guys looking for a high-rise jean with a very tapered leg, I do recommend checking out the ST-100X from 3Sixteen. For a 31 waist, for instance, 10.8 inch front rise and a 7.3 inch leg opening.

Perhaps after +3900 posts of mindless trolling, a troll (snobby one at that) may forget what this thread is about. This thread is first stop for all kinds of trivial denim questions.

if that's what you're looking for then I'd say 7.5 would be correct.

Where should I go for the best price on LVC 1955 501's? Are those ever discounted in post-Xmas sales?

Thanks,

a 15" hem is tapered, at least i think its tapered. not like a ninja 12" opening you cant get your foot thru.

i think a straight or "normal" hem is anywhere between 16 - 18" or 8 - 9" measured one side only. wheeler might be able to confirm.
