I don't think anything has been done to them b/c they appear unworn and still had store tag inside. What do you guys think? What model is this? Is this selvedge outseam odd?

Pretty dumb/bad hem job. It's a '67 505. It's not odd because the previous owner had the jeans tapered, most likely by a tailor who didn't have much of any experience doing that with denim. I say that because the hem looks uneven and he chose to stitch it with blue thread instead of the original gold.
+ 1. I have the 67' 505. Your pair has had the outseams and hems fiddled with big-time... When sized appropriately, the 505 shouldn't be slim fitting - more a narrow straight fit (slight tapering below the knees.) The outseam on my one looks like this:
