Clearly one has REGULAR-STRAIGHT on the label (which is what I want), but I bought a pair online (£30 cheaper!) which are tighter round the thighs. The tighter ones don't have a cut specified on the label - is it just assumed these are also REGULAR-STRAIGHT or are they a different cut?

I'm having to send the ones I bought back because they're too tight, don't want to make the same mistake again when buying them online. I know if I can't find an answer I'll just have to buy the ones I know fit on the high street, just wanted to check here first to try and save myself £30.

I think he has the Levis matchstick kahira selvedge. no longer on the levis site. Always wondered what the cut is like...sounds like it is between the 514 and 511.

Recently picked up some 505s in a forum trade. Really like them - the cut really works for me, and am surprised by how slim they are. Not really familiar at all w/ LVC stuff, but was curious to check on these. I don't know exactly what model they are....as far as LVC stuff goes, In the 505, I am only aware of the '67 - but all of the photos I have seen of them have exposed selvedge. The Jeans I have appear to be selvedge, but have an odd stitching on the outseam which hides the edge. I have contacted the person I received them from to see if they have been altered but have not received a response. I don't think anything has been done to them b/c they appear unworn and still had store tag inside. What do you guys think? What model is this? Is this selvedge outseam odd?

so i have some store credit with BiG that i'd like to use and i'm looking for a pair of slim straight jeans. i bought my first pair of raw denim a few months ago, which was a N&F weird guy indigo. i liked it but i'm not too crazy about the leg tapering. so i definitely want my 2nd pair to be more of a straight cut that'll be more versatile and durable. from what i've seen on BiG, i narrowed down my choices to PBJ xx-005s, Samurai S5000VX, and Fullcount 1108s. from what i can tell, the Samurai seems to be more baggy of the 3, Fullcount being the slimmest, and PBJ being in between. does anybody have any recommendation out of these 3, or at least what i should expect between them? i could also use a little advice on how to size on each of them. i fit into a 34 on NF WG, although i could easily do a 33 on them since i've been losing a little bit of weight.

I've been thinking of ordering a pair of Hugo Boss jeans from an online store. The jeans are part of Black collection / line and what i'm wondering is how the sizes scale up with other brands, for example Calvin Klein. Is HB waist size 32 same as CK 32? I've read some customer feedback, that i should pick pair that is one size bigger than my normal and other feedback that says there isn't any difference.
