Again, I think it'd depend on how much you'd want to pay. If you can find them on ebay, a regular fit pair of Spurrs would be idea. That denim is like wearing cashmere.

I also just bought a nice pair of all-white sneaks, should I be worried about dye transfer? Should I just wash my damn jeans? They aren't smelly and the fading is really minor...
Probably, unless you were anal enough to adhere tape to the inside of your hems to prevent transfer. There are ways to remove the stains, too, but if you're wearing your white shoes enough so that they start turning blue, you're probably wearing them enough that they're getting dirty anyway.

Note that I'm talking about the raw selvage variety. The washed stuff is pretty average.

I'm looking for some black jeans with a similar cut and price point to APC NS. I know you can get NS in black but i'd rather try out some other brands. Any suggestions?

Only brands I can think of around that price range is 3sixteen and Naked & Famous. The market for black denim seems to go above or below the $150 mark. I wore a pair of $90 Kill City 90 day tour jeans for a while. Denim was decent for the price (Kaihara) but the fit is a bit different than NS, especially with the lower rise.

It also depends on what kind of denim you want. I personally prefer the overdyed variety, like with my pairs of rag&bone and jean shop. Same deal there: you either go really cheap or past $200.

Has anyone heard of "Cilivian-naire" denim? Apparently made by the founders of Lucky, but it has Japanese raw selvage material.

Think it's just "Civiliannaire." I heard about it back in January from a friend familiar with Lucky. They were going to open a shop around the Bev Center but I never heard anything more about it other than the stuff was pretty cool and not outrageously priced. It's not really surprising since it's the same dude(s) behind Jean Shop.

I have been washing my APC PS faux noir quite a bit, several times i guess over period of 5 months wear. Is this still OK or should I stop washing?

I decided to wash them because it doesnt feel like 'raw' denim like the indigo version.

Mine are tight as well after washing but they stretch out again.

Would you recommend me to keep on washing or just keep beating them ?

Everytime i wash them , they shrink and I have to wear and stretch it out again.. sucks

I never wash my Indigo ones tho

Any suggestions? Or are my jeans fux0red ?
