Those don't really look similar at all. Found a similar pair by Tornado Mart, thankfully. Still trying to see if the H&M ones are still available anywhere. I liked the studs.

Does crotch blowout generally start on the inside and work its way out? Or does it start on the outside and work in? I have a pair of 501s with wear on the left seam (some fading there and looks like the seam is unraveling) of where the seams come together to form a + shape. Wondering if it was due to shitty stitching or wear. Thanks.

Anyone have experience with Diet Butcher Slim Skin denim? I'm looking for a new pair of black skinny jeans.

What sizing should I get in these nudies?

http://www.revolveclothing.com/Displ...udie+Jeans&d=b

I wear a 30 in Naked and Famous slim guys, could have easily gotten a 29 as these are currently very loose in the waist. The thighs fit good, but am looking at these nudies for a more tapered look and I like the lower rise on these. I am thinking I should get a 30 from what I have read about the slim jim stretching about an inch and being sized an inch up.

Can anyone tell me in the under $125 range(This is my absolute max) what types of jeans compare to Lucky Brand? I tried on every pair in my size at Gap and nothing fit, also no luck with some regular brands. The saleswoman at the Lucky put me in a perfect fitting pair of jeans. I'm a 32/30 with larger thighs so typically they are very tight. It was there $129.99 pair with the extra soft cotton denim. After feeling those I really didn't want to get the $79.99 version (Rougher feeling, not as well fitting). Apparently she said the $129.99 pairs never go on sale, I'm a bit hesitant to think that... but looking online it looks like stores that discount online carry the cheaper variety.

Any other brands with lines in the $50-125 range I should be looking at? I want something that fits, but if it has that soft feel that would be a great bonus.

anyone know how much imperials stretch? want to know if i have to put these on b&s anytime soon becuase they're REALLY tight on the top block

^ Don't worry, it's better if they're really tight, because the regular Imperial denim stretches HEAPS!!!

Soft feel means shit denim, which lucky is. Beyond that, you'll need to describe what kind of jeans you want first. high rise/low rise? loose/slim/skinny? taper/straight/*shudder* bootcut?

I have big thighs so something relaxed fit that doesn't bunch up at the bottom.

So $129 pair of jeans are made of shit denim? Is this wear people start stating how they pay $300 for jeans.... Like I said the max is $125 I rather be in the 70ish range personally.

I rather like the soft feel of those lucky's, much less harsh when wearing I'm sure. Guess it's personal taste.

Yep, most designer brands (true religion, lucky, 7FAM, Diesel) get by on brand cache more than quality. You don't need to pay $300 for quality denim, but soft at that designer/price point means they're made of lighter denim which means they're going to tear easily. Naked and Famous makes "silk" denim but i'm not sure how soft it is and it's probably out of your price range. "Bunching" up at the bottom might just mean your jeans are too long. Very few jeans aren't going to pull at the ankle unless your shoes are really chunky and they have a small hem. Levi's makes a number of good jeans for fairly cheap. Try the 501, 514, 511 (size up 1 or 2) models. If you really just want a pair of "soft" jeans and don't really care about looking fashionable to the SF aesthetic, and you don't really care about quality, try and find some 7 for all mankind at Century 21 or something.

I've been thinking about picking up a new pair of jeans, but I'm not quite sure what to get. Only recently have I taken an interest in improving my denim collection. I have a pair of black Levi 501's, and while I do love them, I'm getting a bit bored. I'm not sure if I'm looking for raw denim, but I'd consider it. Below are some preferences on what I think I'm looking for in a pair of jeans, but feel free to post whatever recommendations you'd like. Budget: $100-150 wouldn't kill me. $200 would be a hard maximum. Height: 6'1" Weight: 160lbs, might drop down to 150 if I get off my lazy ass and do something. Size: Typically wear 30x32 (this is not assuming STF size adjustmants). My ideal inseam would be more like 33", but I've never really found that anywhere. Stack: Light stacking. I never roll up my jeans, but I'm not morally opposed to it. Wash: A very dark indigo would be nice. Darker than Levi's Rigid Indigo, but not black. Stitching: I don't like gold stitching. I would really love to find jeans with silver stitching. Pre-distressed: Lawl no. Rise: Low. Much lower than the 501's, preferably. If my dick's the only things keeping these jeans up I'm cool with that. Thigh Fit: Tight. I do like how the 501's fit, but they could be tighter in the thigh. Leg Fit: Straight or perhaps a slight flare (unless that's a faux pas, I'm still not the best with denim). Moderate fit, don't want them to be tight or taper. STF: Yes please. Selvedged: Yes please. Branding: Couldn't care less. I want fit and quality, not a name. Shoes: Almost forgot about this. My shoes could use some updating too, but I'll tell you what I have. I have a pair of black converse and these boots in black http://www.dsw.com/shoe/stray+dog+dr...?prodId=177785 I'm not sure what my preference is like for pocket styling, placement, angling, etc. I'll probably be able to tell by looking at jeans, however.
