Ferragomo's are 10.5E

Yes 44" on the overcoat. Quite narrow and widens at the waist.

Perhaps a Forum member with more Sartorial knowledge than I, can correct my method of measuring the chest on this Coat (?).
I a measuring from the bottom of the arm (pits) across, with the coat layed out flat (no creasing). Is this correct?
