WTB: small slim shirts, sweaters, vests, hoodies etc

I'm 5'4" 130lbs looking for some slim fitting clothing.

measurements
15" around the neck
16" across the back of my shoulders
36" around the chest
28" waist

Often I find shirts and stuff that fit me well in the shoulders and chest but drape over my waist and makes slim pants look goofy. I'm looking for clothes that will fit me well all the way down the torso.

Maybe you guys can recommend me some clothing companies too.
