Hi, After many years with my Tag Heuer 4000, I have decided to buy a Nomos Tangente (http://www.watchbuys.com/store/pc/vi...?idproduct=241). I have a few questions for the watch veterans at SF: 1. Is the Tangente a good buy? 2. Do any of you have one? If so, are you willing to sell at a better price than the one listed on that website? 3. Does anybody know how to get the best price out of my own Tag Heuer? Many thanks to all of you, Dep

This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it. It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality. If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

I have one w/o date, bought from Watchbuys. I'm not selling it, which should give you some idea of what a great watch it is.
It is better finished than most watches in this range. One thing I would improve is the geneva stripe alignment between the 3/4 plate and the balance cock. It's off ever so slightly on my watch, but that's nitpicky. There is perlage and spirals and stuff all over the mov't. Very pretty and well done.
The movement is touted as completely in-house, which I don't think is entirely true, but it is many steps beyond the modified ETA calibres you usually see at 2K.
The SS case is finished to a flawless shine, and the dial is a lovely, minimalist type. Blued hands. Engraved crown.
The shell cordovan strap is a nice, if boring touch, but mine is taking on some personality as it ages (3 months or so). The box is long, black, and cool. You get a nice booklet, too.
I've never seen them at a better price than the watchbuys one, though I think I paid nominally less than the current one.
It's a great watch for the price.
