How stretchy are the sleeve cuffs? My current mid-gray sweater has gotten all streched out since I usually pull my sleeves up to mid-forearm level (it was a cheapy POS to begin with).

Oh, and how deep is the V from the base of the collar? I'm really liking slightly lower cut necks that come to an end around or slightly above the second non-collar button. They look great with ties.
