+1 on excellent Nordstrom customer service experiences. Sounds like there is more to the story than we have heard so far.

I've always enjoyed Nordies. The service is great in SF and Atlanta.

Noticed a tendency for your remarks to be strident. What's your problem? I'd say chronic cynic...or boorish perhaps. Am I wrong?

you really bought 6 x $1000 jackets in one season from the same shop without knowing their quality? You sound like a weirdo

Wow.

I did not know I was back in second grade.

These jackets as well as the other dozen or so I purchased from them in the past were all MTM HF/Burberry. Can I help it if I had a bad run of them? My issue was the lack of care...their repsonse was "just wear and tear" And yes, I paid $995 FOR EACH MTM JACKET.

I have taken four of the jackets to my tailor to clean up the issues. (loose seams, pilling, etc.)

I am glad there are many of you who like Nordstrom, I just do not agree with their wear and tear attitude.

I have explained to you all the issues...pilling on sleeves, loose seams and overall poor quality. I simply asked Nordstrom to clean them up and they had an issue with this?

His attitude here is one of "entitlement" so I can see why Nordstrom would take that stand all the up the chain of managers.

I am not black listed at all. I was even asked by the Seattle office to help them with this issue as others have complained as well.
