#1 MCT History, NWOT. W: 34" I: 36". They're brown light wale cords, with a nice band going around the waist. The leather buttons are not real sadly, but could always be replaced. The original price on these were about $150, I paid about $60, and you can get them for $25 shipped. Note that these are not slim.
#2 Ben Sherman flat front trousers, charcoal color with a very small, subtle herringbone pattern. They've been worn only 2-3 times. W: 34" I: 34". $15 shipped
