Any one been in contact with Amoz76

Can anyone help me. I have purchased a pair of jeans from Amoz76 back on Nov 10th. Have not received them. Pmed and emailed him for the last month with no reply. Tried paypal dispute, but was told it was over 45 days since the transaction, thus they cant help me.

I am hoping that he is uncontactable because he mentioned he was moving to England!!!!!

You are right, he has been on this site yesterday. Hope he hasn't done a runner on me. He said that my jeans was insured, so i don't know why he hasn't contacted me.

Call your credit card company asap. You should still be able to do a chargeback (and screw over paypal at the same time too, always a plus).

Dude...I suggest you sort it out.

Your rep is dependent on your ability to deliver what you promise. If the item never got to him, how is it his fault. He says you told him it was insured, yet he doesn't seem to have any information from you as to how to check on it.

Attitude won't get it solved.

If what he says is true, your rep is being screwed by the fact that you've been ignoring his emails and PMs for the past month, not by "shitty postal delivery services"

If it was insured, and got lost, it's on the seller to look into it and get reimbursed.

Just to give you guys an update. I did get my jeans. It was posted at the time Amoz sid he did, so in the end it was the post services fault. for that i apologise to Amoz. But he should have relied back to me when i pmed, emailed and even contacted him via Paypal. What else was I to think if the seller does not communicate back!.


All in all Amoz did do his part and posted my purchase as he had promised. +++ rep from me.

Ironically enough, I purchased an Engineered Garments coat from Amoz76 about a month ago and have neither received the item nor heard from him since. I've pm'd and attempted to contact via paypal to no avail...

Paypal dispute filed.
