OK, I've got some really cool accessories here:
1 solid sterling silver quick release buckle that I had a silversmith make for me. These are said to be based on an old firemen's design. Measures appx 1 7/8" by 1 5/8" and made to attach to a 1 1/8" to 1.25" wide strap. The keeper is solid sterling as well. It is a heavy buckle, cost a fair bit of money just to buy the silver to make it. $175 plus actual cost shipping.
This is a genuine Russia Calf belt strap. For those who have not read the story, this is specially treated 222 year old reindeer leather recovered from the wreck of the Catherina von Flensburg, lost in Plymouth Sound on December 10th 1786. Amazing stuff, I can distinctly smell the birch oil used to tan it as sit here writing this. I intended to pair this with the quick release buckle above, bu could use the cash more than the belt at the moment. It is 1 1/8" wide x 54.5" long, so it can be finished to pretty much whatever size you require. Never used. Construction quality is a little rustic, definitely not Hermes, but quite wearable. $150 - SOLD pending payment
Vintage B&L Ray Ban USA ambermatic aviator sunglasses. Excellent condition. Some surface whitening to plastic in ear curves. Nose pads are excellent. Size 58-14. Pre BL etching ambermatic glass lenses are excellent. Comes with case. Frames measure 5 3/8" hinge to hinge, 2" high. NON prescription lenses, ready to wear. From what I understand these are the only self darkening glass lenses ever made. $150 plus actual cost shipping.
