I'm not sure where this topic should go, but I thought the regular buyers and sellers here may know how to answer best.
I have been looking around this forum and Google extensively and found a few snippets of data on US & EU shirt and suit consumption statistics but no real hard data on the subject matter.
Would anyone know where I could find data about US or EU average suit/shirt consumption or frequency of purchase, MTM vs. OTR or vs. Bespoke, average spend on a suit by age, sex or occupation. Frequency of purchase, most popular time of purchase during the year or other suit related behavior.
Any information relating to work-wear consumption, type or use I'm really anxious to find. Are there any US or EU bodies/authorities/associations which monitor or collect work or formal-wear related data?
Hope someone out there has a link which could help me on this matter.
