I have to give a big thumbs up for Certain Dri for hyperhidrosis as it really is the best antiperspirant for perspiration and the levels of aluminium that each of the different products. I would start with a low percentage of aluminum because a high dose of aluminum can make your skin break out in rashes with many other types of products that I have used in the past. Certain Dri has a low dosage of 12% so if you don't know your level, you can test it. If you noticed you are still have excessive underarm sweating, you can move up to a stronger product. I actually use the 20% antiperspirant which I love because it is actually two product into one. It acts as a deodorant for odor control, but also works very efficiently against excessive sweat. Please test out the low one first to make sure that your body can handle a higher dosage, but I love the 20% product from Certain Dri.
