i work weird hours at my job so i have been unable to check this place out, but i was out last night with a friend and saw this place located next to the universal gear on 14th st.

was wondering if anyone had stopped in or taken a date here (seems like a good spot for that sort of thing), and if the hot cocoa is as good as yelp.com addicts say it is.

I never even knew this place existed, haha. I'll probably check it out next time I decide to deal with the effing traffic in the District.

what exactly is it? do they serve pastries or just desserts and truffles a la godiva? what did you have?

I had a hot cocoa, she had the same and some type of chocolate stuff.... i just paid I did not see any pastries there, but give them a call they will tell you all they have since their website sucks
