Casual takes in a whole lot of ground. It can mean anything from "jeans and t-shirt," to "sport coat without tie." And really, even more casual than jeans and t-shirt, or maybe some suits or sport coats with or without certain types of ties. So while it's something of a tautology, if the clothes in question strike you as appropriate for the casual setting you have in mind, then yes, they likely work for the casual setting you have in mind.

You know the norms of the places you'll be for dinner and drinks better than any of us do, after all.

Of course, proper fit is also a huge issue. Since the picture doesn't show you wearing the clothes, there's no way for any of us to comment on their fit on you.

And even your age can enter into it. For example, the clothes pictured would strike me as better on a 19 year old, than on a 79 year old. Just as a general thing.

As for the "no shirt" you wrote, I'm guessing it was a typo. Did you maybe mean no jacket? Because a shirt is pictured. Or is that a sweater, maybe, and you meant that you wouldn't be wearing a shirt underneath it?

Clothes fit very well, i'm tall with a slim build and the clothes in question hug the physique, so therefore they suit my build. Im late twenties. What i mean by no shirt is.. no shirt, i wont be wearing one, i'll be wearing just a sweater, (with a vest underneath). thank you for your reply :)
