best $500 style investment? maybe.

If you're a size 10,10.5, or 11 US this look like a very good investment in a great pair of shoes-- the Edward Green cardiff model. chestnut color, durable lug sole.

As big a shoe horse as I am I would be afraid to wear a pair of shoes like that. I am sure the investiment would be great but on the salary of a school librarian. Well I won't ever know. But they were nice to look at.....

maybe a large amount to put up at once, but I'm betting those shoes would last you many years, and look great from day one. As allen edmonds shoes get more expensive (dress shoes over $300 these days), $500 for a pair of shoes that retail for close to a grand looks pretty good!

I have posted about the EG's in our clearance a couple times. But, you guys do a better job!

I think the cardiffs are gone now, but still some other great styles up.

I have had these shoes for a month now. They are great. I don't have any other lug soles, but they are very nice looking shoes.
