help with hair please

hi guys, need your help. i live in orlando. my hair is either extremely dry, or extremely oily. i only shampoo, i do not use conditioner, because i dont think it really helps me much. my hair is all wirey after a conditioner, or even after shampoo, i think its just damaged due to the heat here, and dry winds. my hair is not in one place, and it just looks lifeless, i infact use baxter shampoo. i need help regarding haircare, and also some kind of styling aid that will help me have the moisture and hold all day long, because my hair it becomes dry and itchy by the end of the day, and in the morning very oily. i have used gels in the past, but they always make it crusty, and thick, and dry off. i never blow dry. help me out guys.

I've had very simmilar issues down here in Southwest FL. I changed what I due to my hair for a month and it really helped.

First, buy a leave-in conditioner, it helps a lot with the heat and humidity.
Second, I got myself a deep-conditioner for use twice a week or so


Also, remember not to over-shampoo, it makes your hair really dry.

alright well for leave-in, a nice spray bottle of v05 has lasted me a long time and it does wonders, as for the deep conditioner, i tried fructis and that worked well but it didnt last very long so you may want to experiment with that

I've heard that Kerastase hair mask is pretty awesome.

You may want to try that.
